Featuring NM grown and milled flour. Grown by Navajo Farmers and milled by Valencia Mill, in Jarales, NM. Our starter, “Rhastacana” hails from Peru and is the integral ingredient to every loaf.
Weekly Bread orders can be added to any Thursday or Friday share order. (Order by Wednesdays at 9 am).
Our classic loaf, “The Country boule” is $10.00, weekly, rotating specialty loaves are $12.00.
